Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Because ZeraphX provides digital, non-tangible software goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product license key has been revealed or sent to you. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this condition upon purchasing any software license at our site.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptionally rare circumstances:

  • The software is completely non-functional on your system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
  • You placed a duplicate order by mistake.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to bypass our refund policy via a chargeback or payment gateway dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your ZeraphX account, and your HWID will be blacklisted across all our products and partnered services.
